Carmen Q designs are all handmade in the U.S.A from sterling silver and or 14k gold. Slight variations are normal.

Most designs are available in sterling silver, 14k yellow gold, and 14k white gold. Call with inquiries regarding 18k gold and platinum.

Size, color, and shape of pearls and stones will vary slightly from piece to piece. All pearls are true cultured pearls. Some pearls have been treated to achieve their unique color. Availability can not be guaranteed.

JEWELRY CARE:

Unless the jewelry is "polished", the silver has been first oxidized and then brushed to create a unique matte finish. The most effective way to clean this surface is to rub the metal forcefully with a scouring pad, taking care not to scratch any pearls or stones.

Pearls should always be handled with care. Before using jewelry cleaner on pieces with pearls, make sure that it is pearl-safe.

Storing jewelry in a zip locked plastic bag is the best way to keep your jewelry looking its best.
