- All orders are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise requested.
- Please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery. If you need an earlier ship date, please send us a note before you place your order and we will let you know if it is possible.
- Items may be returned within 15 days of shipment date. Because items are made to order, there is a 15% re-stocking fee.
- Returned merchandise must be in original condition accompanied by a receipt. Freight costs are not refundable.
- Carmen Q does not accept repairs without prior authorization. Repair turnover is approximately 3-6 weeks from receipt.
